Beyond traditional therapy, I offer coaching services accessible to clients nationwide. Meal Support and Exposure Therapy

For individuals recovering from eating disorders, I provide meal support and exposure therapy. This includes guided experiences in real-world settings like restaurants and grocery stores, designed to help clients confront and overcome their food-related fears. Such exposure work is conducted with utmost care and consent, ensuring a safe and controlled environment for clients to practice coping strategies and build confidence in managing their eating disorder symptoms.
